Avoid the SAPO if you need a parcel urgent

Still I am waiting for my parcel to be delivered from Johannesburg to Bloemfontein. I wrote many emails, made many calls and wrote a complaint on hellopeter. Every time someone is telling me more lies or no one is able to help me. From 14 December 2014 I am waiting from a parcel to be delivered to Bloemfontein. I requested that I will collect my parcel at the mail centre in Johannesburg and the person on the phone told me that they will not be able to help me. How is it possible that one part of the same parcel could be delivered in December and the other part is still in transit? They promise on their website that they will deliver within 3-5 working days, what a lie. I wanted to support South Africa and the services that we offer but this service is so bad that I will urge every person to use any other delivery service.
This service is so bad and I am so afraid that my parcel will be damaged when I receive it. Not to be able to give your first born a car seat and pram is such a bad feeling.
If possible do not order something if the delivery has to be made by the South African Post Office

Hello Chantelstrauss,

Your comment is noted and on behalf of the organisation, kindly accept our apology for an extended length of time on the delivery of your package.
It has been scanned at the International mail centre today, 12/02/15 and it is in a process of being forwarded to the Bloemfontein hub for further distribution.

You may keep record on it by vising our website www.postoffice.co.za.

Thanks and regards,
