Avoid if possible
Good Day, Please be advised that packages, sent on the 3rd of June 2019, with tracking numbers:
RB***LA US***CN UD***CN Have not been received. I have made a number of visits to my local SAPO, and also visited JIMCC on the 12 September, but was stopped at the checkpoint. The ladies there tried for over 30 minutes to trace the numbers and suggested that I contact the sender. I also spoke to someone over the phone and provided my full names and phone number, but have not been contacted back. The response from the Ebay dealer is that they have sent the packages, and cannot help me past the 3 months period after the order. Can you please confirm that the packages landed in Johannesburg? Or can you confirm that they did not land in JHB, so I can further my claim with Ebay?
Not surprised then, that no international merchants want to use them, and they are logically heading for bankruptcy. Blame "no one is sending letters", or "private couriers stole our business"all you want.
I am sorry for the people working the branches losing jobs, while the "entitled" ones at the airport are helping themselves to whatever catches the eye.
