Attitude at SAPO Summerstrand

The employees are cheeky and sassy at the Summerstrand SAPO in Port Elizabeth. It's like they are doing us a favour by working there when there are many other people who could do this job more efficiently and in a friendly manner. I do not appreciate the way they address customers.

I hope this reaches the branch manager and hope that something is done about it because I personaly don't enjoy having to collect parcels there anymore. I've had enough.
