Attempted delivery noted, did not occur.

The track and trace code says attempted delivery was made, however we have no record of this. Then it says its at some ZA location. How can we know what to do and where to follow up, if we don't know where the location is and how to access the parcel. The customer service center do not answer the phone. Was on hold for 30 minutes at a time.<br> <br> Where can we collect the parcel??<br> An urgent response would be highly appreciated.<br>
