Atrocious Service

<p>At the Rivonia Post Office to fetch a parcel the Teller was extremely lazy , unhelpful, inefficient and rude. Their "system" to locate parcels is nothing short of brain dead. It took this useless lump of humanity over 20 minutes to not find the parcel. Is there a worse post office anywhere else in the world? Highly unlikely. The most inept and atrocious service I have ever received from any institution. </p>
