Assisting insulting customers

I would like to lay a formal complaint against your post office staff at Benmore gardens. I had an incident today at about 2:30pm while i was in the queue for renewing my licence. After queuing for two hours a man approached the till and without an explanation proceeding to cut in front of me. When i started to complain to him he proceeded to insult me and the other people in the queue. The attendant seemed to side with him and proceeded to assist him without asking me nor giving me a reasonable explanation. Thereafter a lady that works at the post office approached me to explain that the man was there earlier in the day and had gone to get more money as he was short. Other than the slow service and frustration of waiting in a queue for hours, I believe your office should not condone such treatment on customers from anybody. The fact that you and your attendant continued to assist him even after he insulted and confronted your customers is quite troubling and he should not have gotten the privilege of cutting the queue for whatever reason based on his behavior.
