Asendia Parcels stuck at JIMCC Postal office

The Following 2 parcels have no updates on them both sent from US using Asendia<br> <br> LM***US in SA since 04 Dec 2015<br> LM***US in SA since 12 Dec 2015<br> <br> I have been phoning and visiting my local postal office as well as the JIMCC other than the tracking info given by Asendia that it reached SA there is no other info available for my parcels and everyone that I phone just says its not on the system surely this should be recorded somewhere? Please get back to me by stating where my parcels are or give me the SA tracking number issued to these parcels.<br>
