<p>Very little response received from SAPO regarding parcels RS ********** 34CN and RF ********** 10SG. The one occasion I did get a reply it read "Backlog" then "Staff Shortage" in the next paragraph. These parcels have been at JIMC for nearly a month. My company spends around R250K annualy on your services, or lack thereof. The issues we have with SAPO lately have become too redious to warrant a continuation of our involvement with them. </p>
