Arrived, but received

I hope this email finds you well & that you would be able to assist me...

About a month ago, I received an sms advising me of two items that I had ordered on Wish.com had arrived at Maitland 7405 Post Office. I accidentally deleted the sms and the tracking numbers provided by Wish dont seem to call up any information.

As it is quite a small branch & they do not have an obscene amount of Wish items on the floor, so I asked a staff member to have a look for me. He was reluctant to do so, even though the branch was empty & generally is quiet. He said I should wait two weeks and I will receive a final notice in the mail with the valid references on. It's been three weeks.

I know that the staff can look through the pile, because the Amazing Century City staff had done that for me once.

Could you please contact the branch and have someone go through the stock and locate the items for me please?
