Are there ******* working at the post office?

I am very upset and disappointed at the service from the SA Post office Witspos hub. How can you change a status to delivered when I have not received the package? So who signed and received the package on my behalf? I can't pay for goods from overseas only to have them not delivered to me and have the tracking status changed to delivered.

Please advise on this package before I persue this matter legally with charges of theft against the Witspos Hub. Tracking number LB ********** 01SG.
