Are the Post Office employees still on strike

I sent very important documents to China using he post office (against my better judgement) last week and have had a tracking number. When I track the documents they are still saying in transit at the Jhb Air something. Eventually 5 days later I called the post office in Meadowdale I used to send the documents. They then told me to call the Call Centre but no one answers EVER. I have held on for a 30 minute period before I hung up because no one answers. I really need assistance with this and would love to know who I need to speak to who is not at the post office to get these documents which are very important either back or feedback on when they will be delivered. I cannot afford them to be lost and am quite desperate now because the person who needed them is no longer communicating with me. PLEASE HELP!!!!
