Appauling Service

To say the least i am appauled by the South African Post Office Service! I have sent a parcel to Australia on the 13/06/2018 and the parcel has just vanished under their care! It is 2 months down the line and no one can tell me where my parcel is !!! I have sent several emails to various departments and spoken to several people and no one can offer service to me!
