Appauling service

I had a similar experience to the previous complaint when trying to find out about my package which hasn't arrived yet. Never in my life have I ever come accross such appauling customer service. Only one teller working with a terrible attitude. It's almost as if it's too much trouble to talk to a customer at all. Sour face no smile and extremely rude and abrupt when you ask her something. I'll be cancelling my P.O Box with immediate effect as I refuse to be treated in this manner.
