apparently closes before 4:30PM for the 2nd time!

I finish work in Boksburg and have to rush to riverfield in time to collect. I come there 4:20PM and the doors were closed, there was a lady who was helped so I stayed there, the worker finished helping her and then told me they are closed. so I told him I am still in time, so he still didn't open and ignore me. That is a bad attitude and this is going to drive away customers.. some people are just to lazy to work. I had to pick up one packet itl take 2 minutes.
