Appalling service delivery in Bizana SAPO

I am now in Bizana post office and this place is an absolute waste of people's time and this branch is just not serious about its customers. There at 5 teller Windows of which only 3 have tellers. 1 teller is certifying documents ad only up to a maximum of 5 copies. There has been a sign that says the photocopy machine is out of order for the longest time. 1 teller is dealing with vehicle licensing and leaving the rest of that have come here for various other services to wait in one line for one teller. I am very frustrated as this is the situation everyone I come here. Very often I drive to port Edward the nearest town to avoid this chaos. Something really has to be done about the service we are getting in this post office. It is appalling to say the least and I wonder if it is because the client base in this branch is predominantly poor people from the homelands. I would plead with SAPO to do a turn around on these services. I have been here more than 2 hours just to buy stamps and post a letter. This is unacceptable and a gross disrespec for people's time. I want to know what will be done to improve the services in this branch.
