APPALLING SERVICE

I posted 2 parcels with tracking numbers, via the EMS postal service offered by SA post office. These were due to be delivered in 3 weeks. More than 2 months later they are still 'en route' to Germany. Despite 2 emails from our local Post Master to the CPTT - they have still not had the courtesy to reply. This speaks volumes of the accountability of the head of this department.
