Appalling service

Went into the post office today, absolutely empty. Asked them to quote on an international delivery - courier or air freight. Was told it can’t be done. Left gobsmacked! Went to Postnet a few doors down, nice and busy, incredible service- knowledgeable and efficient- delivery promised within 5 working days. Absolutely appalled by my experience at the post office. Surely that’s their core competency - deliver post??
