Appalling service

Received a registered letter from Sweden about two weeks ago. When I track it it says unsuccessful delivery. I have emailed EMS and SAPO but I have yet to receive a response. Called their dismall Call centres I was on hold for a very long time. what lousy service. My local post office was no help as well.
