APPALLING: Did not receive parcel, unreachable on the phone

Parcel still has not arrived when it was said to had been dispatched in Johannesburg on 12 June 2019. It is now 03 July, still have not received it . To make it worse, when call the post office line- no avail, I’ve held on the line for over an hour countless number of times.
