Appalled and DISGUSTED!

The service that I received today when I walked into the Post Office @ Kenilworth Centre, Cape Town, was disgusting ! I have never been treated in such a manner in my life! I walked in at 12:55pm and within seconds the lady behind the glass screamed at me, "WE ARE CLOSED! GO OUT OF HERE! WE CLOSED!" This behaviour was something I have never experienced before. So I then closed the door thinking I was in the wrong and I then looked at the trading hours which showed they close at 13:00. I then proceeded to walk back in because i just had a simple question. The same lady reacted in an even more disgusting manner, "I TOLD YOU WE ARE CLOSED! GET OUT OF HERE! JUST GO!" With the action as if she was chasing a dog out. I then proceeded to tell the lady that I just have a simple question as she continued to cash-up, and she blatantly ignored me and stared at me like I don't belong there.

I don't believe that anyone should be treated in such a manner and they need to employ people that actually have people s****s part of their CV. This lady does not deserve to be in the service industry at all!

I would highly recommend pulling out video footage to see the interaction and would like an update on what action is being taken to deal with this disrespectful employee.
