Anyone working?

Has all post offices closed down, including the administrative staff attending to email enquiries? I have been calling, without answer, emails without reply in an attempt to locate an international parcel. First email 22 June, last attempt 1 September.

Hi, My first enquiry was on 22 June and to date no response has been received.

Tracking number received for parcel from China to SA is LP***

According to the Ship24.com site it arrived in destination country May 23, 2021, 01:09 Pm.

How do I know what happened to it? It has been more than 3 months.
