Answer the phone!!!!!

This is honestly just ridiculous!!<br> <br> I have been expecting a package delivery since July of 2014. That's 7 months now and I have still not received this very valuable package.<br> <br> I have tried to call over and over and over and over and over and over... (you get the picture) and NO ONE EVER answers the phone. This is 7 months of calling, to no avail.<br> <br> So I send them a enquiry as suggested on their website for lost or ****** items, of which they clearly state that I will receive a response to within 5 days... It's been 3 whole weeks.<br> <br> This draws an end to another week of no response. I'm still calling... Still waiting.<br> ANSWER your phones!!!!
