Another parcel lost without compensation

My supplier mailed me a small parcel from Strubens Valley on 17/2/2016 and gave me the reference PE 798 452 390 ZA.<br> <br> Looking at the Track-and-Trace website it was taken to Witspos on that same day, and it has been there ever since.<br> <br> I have tried to call but the phone doesn't get answered and neither do I get responses to my emails. I don't know what else to do.
