Another parcel just not arriving

My parcel arriving from GB has been at JIMC since june 07. Not even reaching customs yet. Can we please find out where it is. These delays are ridiculous and you cannot keep using the excuse \we have a back log". It doesn't roll after two months. Most companies catch up but SAPO seems to stay delayed. I must say your previous communications have been prompt but uninformative. """
