Annoyed

At Tsakane mall post office for a disk renewal and after waiting for a long time, they tell us that the person helping is taking a one hour hour lunch and we need to wait until she comes back, no one is there to assist. I’m so annoyed why is there no back up so that we can be assisted and leave
