ANGRY CUSTOMER

On the 24th of September 2021 I got a message from Mahube Post Office in Mamelodi East, Pretoria that I have a parcel to collect. I went there on the 27th (Monday) only to find out that I was called by the Manageress that I took someone's parcel I need to return it which was not the case. I was so embarrassed and disappointed as I went there innocently. To me I felt accused of *****ing by the staff because they took my I.D and passed it on to one another (they were 4 to 5) at the time and had no name badges. I did not know what that was for because I was called to the office and one of the staff member asked the Manageress if she could call the security to accompany her (that I can say it's harassment) I felt so disrespected that they discussed me amongst themselves. That is a poor customer service from our employees at S.A Post Office.😤 I am so livid.
