Angry customer

Packages coming from overseas are stuck in JHB international sorting centre and send them email to ask why and no response. Previous packages also been stuck there just went missing in thin air and one year later still nothing. Why do they want to be the only company to handle packages under 1kg if they lose your stuff!!!!!
