Angry customer

They are bad with service actually it's an understatement. I have been waiting for them to solve my query regarding a parcel that has been at the post office HUB for six months now. When I check it, it says last scanned was in may... I'm not happy at all. I spoke to these people Virginia Mentoor,Raylene Camphor, Mapaseka Sello alerting them that my parcel is been at the HUB with no movement at all. I don't even know if the parcel is lost or it's still there. Last scanned was May 2018 now it's September.
