Angry customer

Since April 2018 my parcel has been stuck in JHB the Hub. I've been going back and forth looking for my parcel but nothing. It's been 5 months now still no parcel. I don't even know how to deal with the situation. I'm very angry because they post office are not picking up call. Tried to call them a number of times.
