Angry as hell

Hi I've tried so many times to contact the jimc office to find out what is going on with my parcel but I failed to speak to anyone. It's been two months now and I received nothing. That's when I decided to contact them the phone just rings they never answer plus I contacted all the number online I saw nothing. I want to know why is my parcel held up? It's seem like we can't order anything online from the wish app in South Africa due to the fact that jimc holds the parcel it's not like we doing anything wrong we are ordering online. If I am right anyone can order anything these days online but why in South Africa is it a problem? Please if someone can assist me in this problem I'll be very grateful. Kind regards
