Amazing service from one dedicated SAPO employee!

This review is not about SAPO, but about one employee that is a real star in that otherwise very poor performing company. I have over the years had a number of problems with incoming international parcels and every single time, without fail, Elise Labuschagne at JIMC has been the only person that helped me. You are a ray of light in an otherwise very dark place. Keep it up! If someone from SAPO reads this, give this lady a promotion!
