Amazing service

The card machine was down at the branch. Sam, the branch manager, drove with me to the nearest atm and brought the slip and the exact amount of change with him. He refused a lift back to the branch. What a legend.<br> I've never experienced customer service like this from anyone, yet alone SAPO. Thanks Sam!
