All post from United Kingdom stuck at JIMC Customs - backlog and delays

I have the same issue. I sent some documents on the 18th of Aug (while I was in UK to my agent in Durban) using Post Office Counters, I was told it would take 5 to 7 days for the documents to arrive and I did ask "are there any issues with post to SA?" and was told "no issues"!. I am now in CPT waiting for my documents which in hindsight I should have carried with me! RU*******86GB. I am onto @royalmailhelp on tweeter, get on there and air your views to them. @postoffice and @royalmail should have warned people against sending post to @postofficesa, they failed in their ethical responsibility. There are probably hundreds if not thousands of people in the same situation.
