Alberton Post Office incompetency

I have ordered a few things through Ebay, which should have arrived at Alberton Post office. I tracked it through a tracking sight which shows it has arrived at the Alberton Post office on the 27th of August. It is now the 13th of October and still they cannot find it. The first parcel I ordered in May and still it cannot be found. the pour company sent another one in June after I enquiered about it, (because of the good service in other countries), none of them have arrived yet, now in October. The postal service in this county is none existent and incompitant and should be closed down.
