Airmail From USA arrived JIMC on the 4th April Still hasn't been processed for local tracking!

<p>Beginning of the month I ordered a shipment from the USA to the value of $35USD. As per ICB tracking number it was handed over to JIMC on the 04/04/17 just after 08:00am. To this day I still cannot locate this parcel! After a number of phone calls, speaking to a number of different people they all come up with a different excuse. "Maybe because of the size it went through as normal mail so no local tracking was issued" "According to our systems it hasn't been processed yet." "We don't deal with the Airmail department, I'll get them to call you back" (2weeks and I'm still waiting for ANYONE from SAPO to phone me back! This is completely unacceptable service even on their standards! R500 isn't small change in this day and age and I would like to know where that parcel went! </p>
