Accessing my money without my permission

I have a problem at my local post office. My balance is not the same as I left it before and when I try to find out they tell me that they can't give me a statement that shows what happened with the rest of my money.They only help with telling me that there is family member who withdrew and the book that I use to deposit and withdraw it doesn't show any reflection of money being withdrawn
