Absurd useless service by SA Post Office

What a useless bunch,. I have a parcel which should come to Port Elizabeth, and somehow the parcel is on route to Primrose post office in Germiston. Everyone has a different story when trying to track the parcel.. We the taxpayers pay this useless bunch their salaries.
