Absurd & Disgusting Service

I was supposed to receive a parcel over two weeks ago, but I'm told by the seller that it had to go back because the post office delivery person could not find me, which is a complete lie because the receptionists would have called me had someone came for me or they would have signed for the item. The delivery address is clear and the post office has delivered items to me at that address before. I called the contact center four times and got no answer, sent multiple emails to customer support and to the complaints mailbox, still to no avail. Now my purchase is nowhere to be seen, so basically it's been ****** since it has not been delivered to me. The fact that calls are not picked up and emails are not rep**** to speaks to the absurdity and incompetence of the entire postal establishment. I'm truly disgusted.
