ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>I have now spent more than 7 hours in total trying to get through to any of the 13 contact numbers for the Johannesburg International Mail Centre, or the Johannesburg EMS Offices. Nobody answers the phones and I am desperately trying to get my parcel delivered.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is domestic tracking number RI 496 402 216 ZA, and has been sitting at Johannesburg International Mail Centre since 21 February. </p> <p> </p> <p>This parcel is needed for an event next weekend, and yet I hold out no hope of anyone at the post office being able to get it to me on time.</p>
