ABsolutely Unexceptable!

GOOD DAY I sent a package on the 13th of October from Noordheuwel postoffice that was suppose to go to the USA. EE ********** 36ZA My postoffice contacted me know and said the parcel is back with them???? On the parcel it says GIMC scanned in transit? And ART NOT EXCEPTABLE!!! I have sent numerous art package to the US and NEVER had a problem??? WHY NOW My client is very upset because he neaded that parcel for a business deal that is the 14 of November 2017!!

I contacted yhe cutomer care line but they just NEVER PICK UP THEIR PHONES,! ! ! And they do not respond to my email to customer services! Why do we have a postoffice if it does not function correctly! They are super USELESS and a disgrace for this country! !
