ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS SERVICE

My parcel arrived from Switzerland on 29/05/2015, to date is has had about 4 dates where it's been rescanned to customs and customs is not bothering to send the parcel to my local post office. Customs number iforever rings with no answer and the post office call centre agents don't have any clue why the back and forth with the parcel is.<br> It's almost 2 months that I'm waiting for this parcel. What the hell is this....
