Absolutely No Service. Disgraceful.

I have a parcel stuck at the Johannebsurg International Mail Centre. The tracking status claims its status is "Departure from inward office of exchange".

It has been at this stage for some time now. I tried calling every phone number listed on the SAPO website, multiple times. Not one of my calls were answered. I emailed the customer care email address and did not receive a response.

I need to know where my parcel is, and when I will be receiving it, however it appears that the post office has no employees. I am ashamed to share a nationality with this institution.
