Absolutely ***********, don't answer calls or respond to emails. No such thing as customer service.

I have been waiting for parcels that wereshipped in December already through an online purchase and SA Post Office is so *********** they cannot answer calls, they do not even look at their customer service emails and they have no issues completely ignoring you. It is absolutely unacceptable service and truly the worst postal company in South Africa. Not a trusted brand in SA, just the company we are stuck with. Can you actually attend to peoples matters? I cannot wait everyday over the phone for 20 minutes only for the line to be cut and nnot even be able to reach an agent to hear their excuses for not delivering on time or updating the tracking system.
