ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE AT SAPO AND JIMC A

Absolutley no service what so ever!!!!

I have two parcels that arrived from the UK on august 27th, 2020, and they are still sitting at JIMC A air customs. I have sent numorous emails and have telephoned you at least ten times since the September 4, 2020, to no avail. Not a single reply to any of my emails nor do they answer the telephones. It is beyond a disgrace.

I yet to receive a responce from you.
