Absolute Pathetic Service.

Yesterday I eventually received 2 package that I have been waiting for for 8 months. I will if it is in my power NEVER use the SA Postal Service again. Their service is pathetic to say the least. No wonder they are in deep trouble......like so many Government Service Organizations in this country. The tracking system does not work properly and try to phone them....they either don't answer the phone or you have to hold for extended periods of time.....and then who ever answers does not have the cognitive ability to help you with a system that is always down. Shame on you SA POST OFFICE.....your future is bleak.....
