Absolotuly ridiculous!!!

Been waiting for a package from China since 1 June 2015.<br> <br> Was stuck at Customs since 19 June 2015 and now receive a message that delivery failed. (see below)<br> <br> 6/19/2015 2:33 PM Held by customs JIMC A <br> 7/4/2015 8:38 PM Departure from inward office of exchange JIMC A <br> 7/22/2015 12:49 PM Unsuccessful delivery ZA10782 Missed Delivery/Attempted delivery today<br> <br> <br> How is this possible when the item is meant to be delivered to a P.O. Box?! I have also been checking this same box weekly for notification of the package and nothing!<br> <br> Tracking number is RI***CN.
