A very unhappy client

Good Day

I would like to lodge a complaint concerning the Protea North Post office at Protea Point shopping center and inside Maponya Mall. Th staff is highly unprofessional, failing to communicate with us clients. Everyday around 15:00 they claim their 'system is offline. We stand on long queues daily from morning until afternoon but daily they fail to serve us repeatedly.
