A luta continua ie. The war on waking up SAPO!!!

No option to give 0 (or -1000 stars) hence 1 star. Shocking, a disgrace, supposed to provide a "service"? 3 international parcels in 4 years, all gone missing or stuck permanently in a non-process!!! 2010 tech parcel from China, GONE!!!! 2014 Tech parcel from China, took me 3 months, 2 trips to JIMC to locate and release. 2020 Tech parcel from India, gave up after 4 months and 20+ calls to 0860-111-502 and 011-961-60xx numbers 2021 Parcel with 2 t-shirts from the US, stuck in JIMC without ANY communication, no request for info from SAPO, no answers to the supposed Customer Service emails, no answers from the 0860 or 011-961-60xx numbers.
