A Ghost Post Office, Kimberley CBD.

I went to collect parcels from overseas, when I got there the personnel was swamped with goods they couldn't process due to the post office being in arrears with the Landlord's lease agreement. Apparently the lease has not been paid in a number of years and now the personnel is just reporting for work in a dark building without electricity. The situation is bad as there are disabled personnel that's affected by this situation of their employers mismanagement of the facility and the services they need to give to their district.

As a result no service can be rendered.
