A breath of fresh air

I dread visiting the Post Office, and Cambridge post office is, well, dreadful.<br> I had to go yesterday, motor licence renewal. What a different experience; I loved the teller behind the counter, great and fast service with a smile and a joke.<br> The visit ended quickly because complete the transaction quickly.<br> Well done Post Office, keep this up!<br>
